Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose of the service

AO Copilot is a SaaS (Software as a Service) for the automatic analysis of Tender Consultation Files (DCE) aimed at BTP and engineering professionals. The service enables the analysis of public and private tenders using artificial intelligence to extract key information, risks, and selection criteria.

Article 2 — Access conditions

Access to the service is reserved for professionals (legal entities or natural persons acting in a professional capacity). By creating an account, the user declares:

  • Being of legal age and having the legal capacity to enter into a contract
  • Acting in the course of their professional activity
  • Having read and accepted these Terms of Service
  • Providing accurate information upon registration

AO Copilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that does not comply with these conditions.

Article 3 — User obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable French law
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Not upload documents containing sensitive personal data without an appropriate legal basis
  • Not share login credentials with third parties
  • Respect quotas and limits associated with their subscription plan
  • Report any security flaw or abusive use to contact@ao-copilot.fr

Article 4 — Intellectual property

The analyses, reports, and content generated by AO Copilot from documents uploaded by the user are made available to the user under a non-exclusive license of use. AO Copilot SAS retains ownership of all underlying algorithms, models, and technologies. Documents uploaded by the user remain their exclusive property.

Article 5 — Limitation of liability

The analyses produced by AO Copilot are provided for informational and decision-support purposes. They cannot replace the opinion of a qualified professional (lawyer, construction economist, etc.). AO Copilot SAS cannot be held liable for:

  • Decisions made by the user based on the analyses provided
  • Errors or inaccuracies that may result from automatic AI analysis
  • Service interruptions related to maintenance operations or force majeure events
  • Data loss beyond the retention period applicable to the subscribed plan

Article 6 — Plans and pricing

Access to the service is conditional upon subscription to a paid plan after expiration of the trial period. The rates and features of each plan are detailed on the pricing page. AO Copilot reserves the right to modify its rates subject to 30 days' notice communicated by email.

Article 7 — Termination

The user may terminate their subscription at any time from their customer area. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. AO Copilot may terminate a user's access in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Article 8 — Modification of Terms

AO Copilot SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 9 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France).
